Elves Day Out
Santa and his elves will make a stop on December 3rd in Canajoharie, one of upstate New York’s most picture-perfect river villages! The Village of Canajoharie, known for its historic storefronts, the Arkell Museum and two-story Christmas shop, will welcome visitors for “Elves Day Out!”
Elves Day Out is a day of fun in Canajoharie, with craft vendors, food, kids’ activities, story time with Mrs. Claus, a parade and a visit from Santa. Come join the fun
Start the day off with the ALL NEW Ugly Sweater 5k sponsored by our Canajoharie Youth Center!
Ugly Sweater 5K Canajoharie – December 3rd at 8:30 a.m.
The Ugly Sweater 5K is one of the featured events at Elves Day Out Canajoharie sponsored by Montgomery County Tourism and the Canajoharie-Palatine Bridge Chamber of Commerce. Start your search for the ugliest sweater you can find and meet us on December 3rd at 8:30 a.m. for a fun fast run on the Erie Canal bike trail. All registrants will receive a unique gift and prizes will be given to top 3 finishers in age groups. Start/Finish area is the parking lot for Lee’s Shops at Wagner Square on Mohawk St. Pre-registration is $20 and day of registration $25. Walkers are welcome (must finish in 1 hour). Proceeds support the Community Youth Center of Canajoharie. Stick around after the run for a day of fun in Canajoharie, with craft vendors, food, kids’ activities, story time with Mrs. Claus, a parade and a visit from Santa. Come join the fun
11 AM – Story Time with mrs. Claus
Bring your little one to the Canajoharie Library and Art Gallery to hear stories told by Mrs CLAUS herself!!
1PM – Lunch with Santa
The Boiling Pot Eagles will sponsor lunch with Santa.
5PM – Parade of Lights
