The class is scheduled for Wednesdays March 8th through April 12th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm.
Classes will be held at Mohawk Valley Community College Rome Campus (1101 Floyd Ave, Rome, NY 13440), John D. Plumley Complex, Room PC 120. Topics include:
- Recipe Development & Scheduled Process,
- Online Sales & Marketing,
- Food Preservation & Safety,
- Business Planning & Cost of Production, &
- Telling Your Story.
Cost of course is $75. Cost includes course binder and resource materials.
