DESCRIPTION:The Old Forge Library\, 220 Crosby Blvd.\, is ringing in 2026 i
 n a bright and glowing way.\nFamilies and community members are invited to
  enjoy a series of drop-in Glow Crafts leading up to a fun-filled “Noon
 ” Year’s Eve Party. These craft sessions offer families a fun activity
  during the school break\, when many people have time off\, and provide an
  opportunity for seniors\, individuals\, and neighbors of all ages to crea
 te something festive together.\nGlow Crafts will take place between Christ
 mas and New Year’s from 11 am to 1 pm on the following dates:\nFriday\, 
 December 26: Glow Slime\nSaturday\, December 27: Glow Beading\nMonday\, De
 cember 29: Glow Slap Wraps\nTuesday\, December 30: Glow Bandanas\n\nThese 
 drop-in craft sessions are fun for all ages\, and all materials are provid
 ed free of charge.\n\nThe celebration continues on Wednesday\, December 31
 \, when community members and visitors of all ages are invited to the Old 
 Forge Fire Hall\, 116 Fulton Street\, for a “Noon” Year’s Eve Glow P
 arty from 11 am to 1 pm. Celebrating at noon allows people of all ages to 
 attend and enjoy the festivities. More than 300 people participated in las
 t year’s event. The party will feature a festive ball drop\, balloon dro
 p\, and a sparkling soda toast at noon\, with glow party activities and da
 ncing taking place in the fire hall’s truck bay. Additional highlights i
 nclude snacks\, black lights\, glow sticks\, and music by the library’s 
 favorite DJ\, Jerry Dee.\n\nAs always\, all library events are free and op
 en to the public. Community members are invited to celebrate the New Year 
 early and let it glow.
