DESCRIPTION:Herkimer County Community College’s Physical Therapist Assist
 ant Club will host a Wellness Fair on Thursday\, February 26\, from 12 to 
 2 p.m. in the Cogar Gallery\, located in the Robert McLaughlin College Cen
 ter.\nThis event is open to the community and designed to educate attendee
 s on how different areas of daily life impact overall health and wellness.
  Interactive topic presentations and informative handouts will cover a ran
 ge of subjects including nutrition\, sleep habits\, general exercise recom
 mendations and many more.\n\nAttendees may participate in wellness activit
 ies including $5 hand massages\, $5 paraffin dips and $1-per-minute chair 
 massages. All donation proceeds will go towards support for the Herkimer C
 ounty Community College PTA Club.
