 how that impacts your County\, City\, Village or Town.\n\nWhat is a Climat
 e Action Plan (CAP)? A CAP is a strategy document that outlines a collecti
 on of measures and policies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions! The state 
 is looking for feedback from YOU on their draft plan.\n\nWe will do a brie
 f walkthrough of the NYS Plan\, and open the floor to hear from our Mohawk
  Valley communities on topics like Buildings\, Transportation\, Electricit
 y\, Agriculture &amp\; more.\n\nLunch will be provided.\n\nPlease email in
