Well we are not a typical gym.
With a typical gym you pay a flat fee to use their equipment, and that’s where the buck stops. At CrossFit PSE we program your workouts, instruct on proper and safe movements, scale the workout to your needs if necessary, offer nutritional help if requested and we are equally committed to every single client that comes through our doors. Our class setting is very similar to semi-personal training, and you’re never just a member at CrossFit PSE.
