Food Preservation Classes – Savor and Save!
Join CCE Oneida for series of Food Preservation Classes from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. starting Saturday September 14, 2024 at the Oneida County Home and Farm, (CCE Office) Building on 121 Second Street, Oriskany, NY
The series focusing on storing, preserving, and savoring the produce you buy from the Oneida County Public Market (or other markets!).
Classes will review how to properly store fruits and vegetables for longer shelf life, freezing, dehydrating, canning, pickling, fermenting, and more! Sign up for one or all of these FREE events! These are beginner classes focused on exploring the basic tools and strategies for those new to food preservation.
All classes will be offered from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Oneida County Home and Farm, (CCE Office) Building on 121 Second Street in Oriskany.
Class size is limited! Only 12 spots will be available per class so make sure to register!
