Show your community support for Homecoming Weekend

Due to the potential rain the City of Amsterdam we will be moving the 6th Annual Amsterdam Homecoming Kick-off Bonfire from Wednesday, September 13^th to Thursday, September 14^th from 6:30PM-9PM on the Chalmers lot, next to the Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook Bridge.  

Mayor Cinquanti stated “I’m glad the Bonfire event is back. Amsterdam’s student athletes put a tremendous amount of effort and pride into the sports in which they compete, and this event gives our entire community the opportunity to recognize that and show them our support!”

Homecoming Bonfire will kick-off homecoming weekend! Bring your chairs, blankets, and friends to show your community spirit and RAM PRIDE. Fall sports teams, Marching Rams, students, an AHS Alumni, and all community members are invited to attend! Music, activities, a huge bonfire & ceremony will start at 6:30. Show your Ram Pride!
