The Mohawk Valley Region, located along the Mohawk River in the ancestral lands of the Kanienʼkehá:ka’ (Mohawk) and Oneida, is nestled between the Catskills and the Adirondacks. People from all over the world have flocked to this area to explore the history, enjoy hiking, cycling along the historic Erie Canal, along with boating on the Mohawk River and Erie Canal. Along the way, you’ll find wonderful towns and villages while discovering the historical significance of the Mohawk Valley.

At Mohawk Valley Today, we support the residents, municipalities, farmers and producers, organizations, and visitors by getting the word out about programs, services, and events happening throughout the Mohawk Valley region.
