Mohawk Valley Today is a people powered, information platform for residents, municipalities, farmers and producers, not-for-profit organizations, and visitors, to learn more about the history, programs, services, and events available throughout the Mohawk Valley in New York.

Why we do what we do

As a nonprofit corporation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), Mohawk Valley Today looks for opportunities to share all that is happening in the communities scattered throughout the valley. Our goal is to educate Mohawk Valley residents, visitors and transplants about the region’s

  • Communities and shared history
  • Local events that have become integral to Mohawk Valley’s ongoing story
  • Resources for enjoying recreational activities and tourism
  • Thriving agricultural community and how we can all get access to farm-fresh produce while supporting our local farmers and producers
