A Community Forum on Healthy Aging takes place Saturday, August 26th 2023 from 9:00am to 1:00 pm at the St. Mary’s Carondelet Pavilion Auditorium 380 Guy Park Ave Amsterdam, NY.
Join us for a listening session on access to care including Alzheimer’s and dementia with folks from the Alzheimer’s Association.
Lunch will be provided and transportation assistance available.
