
Certified instructor, Nia Tormey, will be the instructor at two separate November training classes at the Old Forge Library, 220 Crosby Blvd.
The first class and certification will be held on Saturday, November 4, 10 am – 2 pm and the second will be on Tuesday, November 14, 4 pm – 7 pm.
The classes will include CPR for all ages, AED & opioid education including Narcan training.
Library programs are free and open to all. The class size is limited to 8 participants, so pre-registration is required. If the class is full, the library staff will put you on a waiting list. Additional sessions are scheduled for January 2024. CPR and first aid classes were made possible by a generous grant from the Adirondack Foundation’s, Lake Placid Education Foundation.
