Little Falls Blood Drive

This time of year is traditionally hard on the nation’s blood supply.

Seasonal illness, winter weather and the upcoming holidays often lead to lower appointment numbers and decreased donor turnout, making it hard to keep up with the demand for blood products.

Holiday fun can push blood donation to the bottom of the to-do list. Winter weather and seasonal illness can also impact the blood supply. But patients in need can’t wait for lifesaving blood products! We need to make giving blood a priority this month to avoid a seasonal blood shortage!

During this blood drive, we are asking for the help of community members across CNY. There is an especially high need for type O blood.
