Favorite restaurants and bars throughout the city of Amsterdam will provide over 30 different soups to sample.

Food trucks and music by local performer Tim Vanderwarker will be available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Glove Cities Coalition, Fulton County Regional SPCA and Gloversville Public Library will also be on hand.

This fundraiser for the year-round Cooperstown Farmers’ Market features gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made with cheese by favorite local chefs, plus delicious soup and yummy desserts. Live music and a raffle too.
Chefs include: Michelle Iannelli-Rubin of Social Eats Café, Anthony Leberto of Brimstone Bakery, Peter Calhoun of the Otesaga, Brian Wrubleski of Mel’s at 22, Julio Rubio of The Lake House Restaurant, Jesse Pascale of Rock Hill Farm, Dan Wisnosky from The Elm Inn, Tim Searles of Doubleday Café, Dasang Gurung of Norbu, Chloe Ford of Chloe’s Bakeshop, and Alex Webster of Alex’s World Picnic (and manager of the Cooperstown Farmers’ Market). More chefs will be confirmed soon. Heidelberg Bread is generously donating loaves for the sandwiches.
Your ticket includes a selection of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches featuring local cheeses, fabulous chef-made soups and desserts, and a complimentary beverage (beer, wine or cider).
Tickets are $35 for adults, $15 for children 6-12 years old. No charge for children under 6.
