Oriskany: On Tuesday, September 16th at 6:30pm, join Oneida County Master Gardeners for a Bonsai Presentation led by Catherine Brown from the Mohawk Valley Bonsai Club at Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County, 121 Second St, Oriskany, NY! All are welcome to join at the cost of only $5 per person paid upon arrival (cash or check only please). The presentation will be approximately 45 minutes with time for questions afterward. Catherine will be showing real examples of bonsai discussing the following topics:

  • Definition and history of the art of bonsai
  • Sources of how to get started growing bonsai
  • What type of genus and species make a good bonsai

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time.
