Walk and Talk with Niccolls Nurses

Community members are invited to a weekly “Walk & Talk” series, held every Tuesday at 1:30 pm from September 9 through November 18.

A group will meet in the shared parking lot of the Old Forge Library and Niccolls Memorial Presbyterian Church, located at 220 Crosby Boulevard.

This is an easy and healthy way to engage in conversation, strengthen community ties, and support overall physical well-being. A group leader will be present each week to help guide the walk, and both pace and distance can be adjusted to ensure that all participants feel comfortable and included. Some folks walk further than others.

Individuals of all ages and fitness levels are welcome to join, whether they are experienced walkers or just beginning a walking routine.
