Taste of the IRV

As part of SUNY Cobleskill’s Homecoming and Family Weekend, the Institute for Rural Vitality will be offering alumni, families, and the broader community an opportunity to experience the best of what the IRV has to offer.

Local producers will be on hand selling their products and offering free samples of delicious, locally-made foods. It’s a great chance to meet the people behind the region’s agricultural and food-based businesses, support local producers, and enjoy a true taste of the Mohawk Valley.
