WinterFest Sponsored by Alpin Haus

Amsterdam, NY: The City of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam Tourism, Marketing & Recreation Department presents WinterFest Sponsored by Alpin Haus on Saturday, February 14th at the Alpin Haus Ice Skating Rink located at Veterans Park in Amsterdam starting at 12pm.

“It doesn’t get much better this time of year than getting your family or a group of friends together for a day of ice skating. Mayor Michael Cinquanti went onto saying “Thanks to Alpin Haus, everything you need to do just that will be at Winter Fest; the rink, good food, even the skates if you don’t have your own.”

The day will feature free Skate Rentals Sponsored by Triple AAA and courtesy Cahill’s Sporting Goods of Troy, music, smores to go, 2026 RV, giveaways, hot chocolate and coffee courtesy of Alpin Haus. We’ll be cooking up some free hot dog, hamburgers and drinks courtesy The Amen Place Soup Kitchen of Amsterdam New York. Spend a fun winter day with us at Veterans Parks.
