MVEDD Homesteading Workshop: Spring Cleaning

This Homesteading Workshop event is on March 26, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at SEEC in Schoharie

The workshop will explore ways to repurpose and reuse items in our homes instead of throwing them away, and to consider donation before disposal. During the workshop, everyone will be making their own natural “goo-gone” to remove labels from glass jars followed by a crafting period where people can paint their jars, fill them with potting soil and add a plant, or making lanterns out of them with tea lights and ribbons.

This event is free, all supplies will be provided by us.

CCE Oneida Master Gardener Volunteers will be hosting a Fruit Tree & Berries Workshop on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rome Art and Community Center (RACC), 308 West Bloomfield Street, Rome, NY.
