Amsterdam, NY: The City of Amsterdam and the Amsterdam Tourism, Marketing & Recreation Department presents Independence Day Fest Sponsored by DANVANN on Friday, July 3rd from 5-10PM at Riverlink Park.

Celebrate the 4th of July on the 3rd, along our beautiful waterfront.

• 5:00pm Enjoy food and drink specials at River’s Edge 2.0. Food trucks featuring Tony’s Concession, A & S Spice, and Megabites
• 5:00pm Free Kids Foam Party sponsored by WellNow Urgent Care
• 5:00pm Face Painting with Happy Little Faces

• 7:30pm Headliner Big Sky Country
• 9:30PM Fireworks over the Historic Erie Canal sponsored by CDTA

Mayor Cinquanti said, “What a great evening of fun to kick off everyone’s Independence Day weekend celebration! And what a wonderful musical treat for our community, Big Sky Country comes to our picturesque riverfront setting to perform. I’m hoping we have beautiful weather and an incredible crowd to give this incredible Country band!”
