The Fenimore Chamber Orchestra presents Bach in Bengal a full orchestral program exploring two rigorously structured musical traditions: Baroque counter point Indian classical raga.
Internationally renowned sitarist Arjun Verma and tabla virtuoso Naren Budhakar join the musicians of Fenimore Chamber Orchestra, conducted by FCO Artistic Director Maciej Zoltowski, in a genuine artistic collaboration between soloists and ensemble. Together, they explore the architectural clarity, discipline and expansive framework of J.S. Bach and Indian classical music.
