About Free Flow Farm

Free Flow Farm was born out of the free and easy way our relationship has always felt to us, and still feels to this day.

Free Flow Farm is a local vegetable and produce farm located in Herkimer County. The farm is owned by Pooniel Healy and her husband Scott. They weren’t originally looking seriously at buying anything, but once they were on the property they both knew it was what they had been always looking for. Pooniel and Scott have been there six years now and they both feel a deep connection to the land, the area, and all of nature.

How to find Free Flow Farm

Free Flow Farm is on Facebook and you can reach out to to them there for questions or special orders. They have filled special orders in the past and will continue to so depending on availability.

They attend several Farmers Markets in the area:

• Mohawk Valley Farmers’ Market in the village of Herkimer on Fridays. The market starts at 12pm and is located in the rear lot of 142 North Main St, accessible from North Washington St.
• We set up at the Little Falls Farmers’ Market on Saturdays from 8am-12pm at the M&T Bank parking lot.
• Brookwood Market in Herkimer is the second and fourth Sundays from 10am-2pm in Brookwood Park.
• Starting in August we will also be at the Whitesboro Farmers’ Market in the park at the center of town.

• Old Forestport Day on August 24,
• Bennington (Vermont) Garlic Fest on August 31,
• Fort Clock Craft Fair on September 7 and 8,
• Mohawk Valley Garlic and Herb Festival in Little Falls on September 14,
• Inlet Fall Festival on September 21 and 22 ,
• Cheesefest in Little Falls on October 5,
• Foothills Artisan Show in Forestport on October 12, and then our shows move indoors for the fall and holiday seasons.
