Hessian Hill Farm is a family owned farm; hidden in the hills of Schoharie County. The Goblet family raise produce, sheep, hogs, cattle, chickens, horses and hay on the 350-acre; 4 generation farm. Each in their season, the farm offers lamb, beef, pork, veal, chicken and egg.
