Stone Soup American Bistro and Beer Garden

At Stone Soup American Bistro and Beer Garden,  you’ll find a variety of different cooking styles and flavor options on the menu. This choice is intentional, thanks to the owner, Rob Cirillo’s, formal culinary training in French, Japanese and Italian cuisine. These different flavors and cultures on the menu can be found in all across America today.

It is precisely this coming together of different flavors and influences, and one of his daughter’s favorite books, “Stone Soup,” that inspired the name of the restaurant. According to Rob, since the restaurant’s opening in May, there has been a steady influx of local customers as well as guests visiting from Albany, Saratoga, and Syracuse.

One thing to know is we’re not just soup, we are so much more. We serve lunch and dinner with an eclectic menu of worldly influenced food from 6 different countries and different regions of the United States.
