Caregiver and Me Exercise Class

Join us in the Great Hall of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library for a Caregiver and Me Exercise Class.

This program will teach you how to work out with your baby (0-2 years). The class is designed to help with mobility, pelvic floor, and range of motion. This program is taught by Sandtana Cool, licensed physical therapist.

Bring your kid, wear clothes you can move around in, and exercise shoes. This program is free, but we encourage a $5 donation. The program will be around 45 minutes.

Older kids are welcome to attend and play with Mary while the caregiver works out with the baby.
