(August 28, 2025– Barneveld, NY) – Unity Hall continues its tradition of bringing world-class performers to its historic stage with a powerhouse concert from Texas blues-rock legend Carolyn Wonderland on Sunday, September 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Fresh off a feature on NPR’s Mountain Stage (September 24) and touring across Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, and now New York, Wonderland arrives at Unity Hall ready to electrify audiences with her signature blend of fiery guitar, soulful vocals, and genre-bending songwriting.

Recognized as one of the most dynamic guitarists of her generation, Wonderland made history in 2018 when John Mayall personally invited her to join his legendary band, The Bluesbreakers—a role previously held by iconic players Eric Clapton, Mick Taylor, and Peter Green. She became the first woman ever to take that position, touring internationally and recording on Mayall’s two final albums, including the GRAMMY-nominated The Sun Is Shining Down.

Her live performances have earned standing ovations around the globe, fueled by what critics call “bluesified, cosmic soul” infused with Tex-Mex spice and riff-driven rock ‘n’ roll. Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Johnny Winter, Townes Van Zandt, Levon Helm, James Cotton, and Kris Kristofferson are among the many legends who have invited Wonderland to share the stage—further proof of her magnetic artistry and peerless musicianship.
