Local Author Talk with Tom Murray, Retired OPL Assistant Director
The book “Concatenations” is a collection of selected poems that Murray wrote at various times and in quite varied places over the past 50 years. The poems, in both traditional and free forms, are loosely grouped by time, place and theme in four sections, including one called “Upstate.” But overall they form a
“concatenation” or a “chain of reflections” that show both the evolution of his ideas and concerns as well as their continuity over 50 years.
