Each week, the series will feature a different speaker who will deliver a presentation and lead a discussion on a variety of topics related to local and regional history. The public is invited to attend, enjoy the talks, ask questions, and share related information.

Town of Webb Historical Association Director Kate Lewis has organized a diverse roster of speakers for this summer’s programs.

On Thursday, July 24 at 5 pm, Ron Patterson will speak on the Oneida Indian Nation and Culture.

As a member of the Oneida Nation’s Wolf Clan, he possesses a deep knowledge of Indigenous culture and is dedicated to preserving and sharing Haudenosaunee traditions for future generations. Patterson is known for presentations that delve into the Oneida Nation’s linear history, including the significance of Wampum belts and Treaties.
