Old Forge Library’s Music in the Gazebo Concert Series

The Old Forge Library’s 2025 Music in the Gazebo Series continues on Tuesday, July 8 at 4 pm with a performance by Jim and Gwen Tracy on the library lawn at 220 Crosby Blvd.

Jim and Gwen, a father-daughter duo, have been performing throughout the Adirondack region for over twenty years. Their music blends blues, rock standards, and folk, along with original songs written by Gwen.

Enjoying their performance in the natural setting of the library lawn is a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. The spacious lawn surrounding the gazebo offers ample room for guests to relax and enjoy this free, family-friendly event. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or folding chairs. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, seating will be available under a large tent set up on the lawn. Each Tuesday concert also features used book tables hosted by the Friends of the Old Forge Library, weather permitting. Visitors can browse books, DVDs, puzzles, and more, with donations gladly accepted.

Since its beginning in 2014, Music in the Gazebo has grown from a monthly event into a weekly summer tradition.

Upcoming performances include Cosby Gibson & Tom Staudle on July 15, Cincinnati Creek on July 22, Rustic Riders on July 29, Penny Bianco on August 5, Mad Agnes on August 12, and Tom O’Carroll on August 19.
