Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening Celebration for Bravo Burger in Ilion

The public is invited to a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration for Bravo Burger, the newest addition to Ilion’s dining scene, on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The restaurant is located at 196 Second Street, Ilion, N.Y.
Bravo Burger was founded by local entrepreneurs and lifelong friends Nate Gazin and Joe Natarelli, both born and raised in the Mohawk Valley. United by their passion for great food and strong community ties, they set out to create a welcoming place where people can gather over high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Specializing in premium Wagyu beef burgers, Bravo Burger partners with farms carrying 100% Japanese Wagyu genetics and sources freshly baked buns from Heidelberg Bread.
“We wanted to bring great food to our community, and it’s been incredible to see people embrace it—coming back week after week and making us part of their routine,” said co-owner Joe Natarelli.
Bravo Burger currently offers pickup and delivery, with pre-orders welcome by calling 315-717-5440.
“Next has been hosting ribbon cuttings to highlight the importance of private investment while also celebrating it in a way that brings the community together. Our goal is to reinforce the partnership between new businesses and local residents—ensuring people feel connected to these investments and are inspired to support them,” said Michele Hummel, Executive Director of Next. She added, “We’re proud members of our local Chamber of Commerce and encourage every business to join. But even if a business chooses not to, they’re still part of our community—and they deserve to feel welcomed and celebrated for their investment here.”
