U-Pick Lavender Days

U-Pick Lavender Days beginning at 10:00 a.m. starting on Friday, June 20, 2025 at slate Hill Lavender Farm located at 342 Slate Hill Road, Sharon Springs, NY.

We enjoy seeing visitors to Slate Hill Lavender Farm appreciate the lavender along with our spectacular view and beautiful farm. Mid June, we welcome visitors for U Pick Lavender Days through mid July. While here to pick lavender, take time to walk the farm, relax in the field, shop our lavender barn for our small batch lavender products from Slate Hill Lavender Farm.

2025 Dates for U Pick Lavender Days –

We are open for u-pick Lavendar Days on Wednesdays & weekends – Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun – Open from 10:00 a.m. until – 5:00 p.m.

Open Dates:

June 20, 21, 22, 25, 27, 28, 29
July 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 16

Cost

Cost to cut: $10 per bunch of fresh lavender for visitors to take home with them. *Scissors and baskets are provided.
