Growing up in Fort Plain, Chef Aaron graduated high school here and went on to study culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, before moving on to restaurant operations at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.

Tylutki Family Farms, located in the Town of Palatine, offers produce year round. Established in 2020, this wonderful farm offers farm-fresh produce direct to consumer. They describe  themselves as a “small family farm located in the middle of Montgomery County in upstate NY. We offer home grown produce; chicken, pork and beef; and fresh pastured-raised eggs.”

What we love about this farm is that throughout Take a Bite of Montgomery, they are offering great menu ideas perfectly paired with their produce offerings.

  • Monday: Egg Roll in a Bowl

  • Thursday: Winter Salad with Herbed Pork Tenderloin and hard-boiled eggs
  • Friday: Garlic Rope Sausage Sheet Pan with pickled veggies
