Herkimer College to Host Financial Aid Completion Event

Open to local high school students and current college students assisting with completing the 2025-2026 FAFSA

Herkimer College is slated to host a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completion event this Saturday, March 8. The FAFSA is a form current and prospective students complete that helps determine if students are eligible for financial aid including scholarships, grants, and loans.

Parents and students participating should bring their 2023 tax details, and social security numbers.

The event takes place in Robert McLaughlin College Center 294 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Attendees will receive support from our dedicated Financial Aid team to assist in the completion of the FAFSA financial aid application. The Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor has reopened applications for Mohawk Valley Historic Rural Revitalization Grant Program through June 30, 2025, or until all remaining funds are awarded.
