LIVE at Unity Hall: Blake Christiana

Songs and Stories from Yarn’s Frontman on January 30, 7:00 p.m.

Barneveld, NY – A warm-spirited performance for a cold winter night! Blake Christiana, frontman and primary songwriter for the band Yarn, brings his honest, heartfelt solo show to Unity Hall on Friday, January 30, 2026. The audience for Yarn’s sold out Unity Hall concert in August experienced the energy and authenticity of Blake Christiana’s music. This more personal setting offers a chance for a closer look, a deeper listen, and genuine connection with his songs and the stories behind them.

“I want to do songs everybody – rich, poor, young, old, everybody in between – can relate to,” Christiana said. “I’m not a super intellectual writer. I write from feelings, emotions, and a lot of struggle.  Whatever we’ve been born into and been blessed with, we all face the same struggles”

About Blake Christiana

As the founding member, singer, and songwriter for the Grammy-nominated band, Yarn, Blake has accumulated a dozen studio albums, over 1,000 shows, half a million miles, and performances in nearly all 50 states. He has shared stages with such superstars as Dwight Yoakam, Charlie Daniels, Marty Stuart, Allison Krauss, Leon Russell, Jim Lauderdale and The Lumineers. He’s performed within concert halls, listening rooms and major festivals alike, and initiated the band’s own annual festival, Yarnival.

As a solo artist, Christiana delivers his message through a blend of folk, rock, and country influenced songs. Unity Hall’s Hinge Parlor is the perfect place to tune in to these insightful lyrics, engaging melodies and diverse song styles. “Turn off the news, and shake off them blues,” with just Blake’s voice, songs, stories and guitar.
