Last day to visit this year’s Fonda Fair

The 182nd Annual Fonda Fair wraps up on Monday, September 4, 2023 at the Fonda Fairgrounds.

The county fair season is coming to a close here in the Mohawk Valley as the Fonda Fair wraps up today. Today is the last county fair day of the year.

The most unique county fair is the Fonda Fair which includes Fulton and Montgomery counties. Like all county fairs in the area, The Fonda Fair continues to represent the area’s agricultural past with today’s focus on draft animals show, 4-H livestock auction, and Draft animal 6-Horse Exposition.

Today is a special day at the Fonda Fair. The fair recognizes and demonstrates community appreciation for service members and first responders along with the sacrifices they make every day.

All Military & First Responders in uniform or with proper ID get in for free all day.
