The Old Forge Library invites families and community members of all ages to enjoy free crafting activities every Friday throughout the summer.

All materials are provided, and everyone is welcome to drop in and get creative. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes that can get messy.

Fridays bring “Forest Fridays: Woodland Wonders,” a nature-inspired series also held from 11 am to 1 pm, beginning July 11 and continuing through August 29.

Participants can make Bird Houses on July 11 and August 8, Fairy Doors and Forests on July 18 and August 15, Birds, Butterflies and Bugs on July 25 and August 22, and Wooden Fish on August 1 and August 29.

These multi-generational craft sessions are designed for both kids and adults. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Some crafts may involve tools such as hot glue guns, bedazzlers, or irons, which require adult supervision.

Registration is appreciated to help with supply planning, but walk-ins are welcome as long as materials are available. For more information or to register, contact the library at 315-369-6008 or email oldforge@midyork.org.

The Old Forge Library encourages all to take part in a summer filled with creativity, connection, and community.
