Annual Fall Harvest Cruise-In at Rice Homestead

The Mayfield Historical Society’s Annual Fall Harvest Cruise-In will be on Saturday, October 4, from 12 to 4 pm at The Rice Homestead.
The event will feature antique, vintage, and hot rod vehicles and perhaps an antique tractor or two. Â Each registered vehicle will receive a coupon for a free hot dog, donut or chips, and drink. Â Cruise-In participants can pre-register by calling or texting president Bob Suits at 518-857-2820.
Entertainment and demonstrations
Live music will be provided by Dan Lynaugh from 12:30 – 2:30. Â Visitors will enjoy spinning demonstrations and bunnies in The Loom Room, locally made honey and soap from Brett’s Farmstand, maple syrup from Dutch Hill Farm, farm animals, a Meet & Greet table with Mayfield Historian Eric Close, Oliver’s Nature Trail, and the last day of viewing the 2025 special exhibit in The Rice Homestead – “Echoes of Yesterday – The Clothing Collection of the Mayfield Historical Society.”
Also available will be hot dogs with the locally iconic Lee’s Snack Bar’s secret meat sauce, cider, donuts, drinks, and chips.
