GLOVERSVILLE, NY – The historic manufacturing and warehouse building at 91 N. Main Street is finding a vibrant new life as an all-in-one recreation hub. Local entrepreneurs Ryan and Tristen Holland have announced the expansion of their business operations to include Venue 91, a flexible, family-oriented event space that now occupies the building’s main floor.

The Hollands, who have operated Upstate RC & Hobbies on the building’s lower level for the past two years, are taking over Venue 91 from previous owner EJ Gallup. This expansion creates a multi-level destination where community gatherings, competitive hobbies, and youth athletics intersect.

Venue 91 is designed to be a versatile “vibrant hub” for the Fulton County community, catering to birthdays, receptions, and corporate events. The facility features a unique layout that balances high-energy play with adult comfort:

• Active Zones: A large gym area with an optional bounce house for children.
• Lounge Spaces: A separate area where adults can socialize while maintaining a clear view of the activities.
• Public Programming: The venue is establishing a steady calendar, including Monday Night Open Gym basketball and an Adult Basketball League launching in May.

Rental options are designed for flexibility, with three-hour blocks starting at $250 for lounge-only access and ranging up to $450 for full-floor access with a bounce house.
