Amsterdam’s Veteran’s Day Parade Canceled Due to Weather
City of Amsterdam, NY – After discussions with the American Legion and careful consideration of the forecast — including wind chill, snow, and single-digit temperatures expected — we have made the difficult decision to cancel Amsterdam’s Veterans Day Parade.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate everyone’s understanding. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our veterans, participants, and community members.
