Amsterdam Pool Opening 2025

City Pool Set to Open Today, Tuesday, July 1

Amsterdam, NY: The City of Amsterdam swimming pool located at Veterans Park will open for the season today, Tuesday, July 1st. The cost of admission to the pool will be $1 for all entrants regardless of whether they are swimming or not.

The Pool is open seven days a week from 11am-5pm.Children under the age of 14 will not be allowed to enter the facility without accompaniment from an adult. Also, all swimmers are required to wear a bathing suit, athletic shorts will not be allowed.
