Shorty's is a cherished landmark in Amsterdam NY's historic Southside since its establishment in 1948.

Recently reopened under new ownership by Chris and Jaime Giglio in March of 2024, Shorty's continues to honor its rich legacy while embracing fresh beginnings.

Led by Executive Chef Bill Pereicich, formerly of 518 Grille, our kitchen delights in crafting a menu of beloved classics, featuring everything from mouthwatering wings and hearty burgers to flavorful wraps and the iconic Amsterdam staple, the Grinder.
