West End Farm is a produce farm and nursery located in the heart of Herkimer County, in the Mohawk Valley, NY. You can also find us at the Oneida County Farmers’ Market as well as the farm stand at the farm.

West End Farm is a locally family owned and operated produce and poultry farm located in Herkimer NY. They strive to help our community by providing fresh produce all season long. West End Farm has recently partnered with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Herkimer County to operate the veggie van. The veggie van is funded by Herkimer county HealthNet, UpMobility, and Excellus Bluecross Blueshield. The veggie van is a food access intervention, and we are targeting underserved communities.

The Red Door in Winfield 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

WEST END FARM REGULAR FARMERS’ MARKET SCHEDULE

Monday – Whitesboro Farmers’ Market beginning in June and through to October from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. The Whitesboro Farmers’ Market at the corner of Main St & Clinton St. (Village Green)

Wednesday – New Hartford Farmers’ Market starts June 12th and runs through Aug 28th from 2:30. p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Oxford Rd at the Village Green.

Saturday – West End Farms is at two locations!

Utica Public Market at the Utica Train Station from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a year round market.
Frankfort Farmers’ Market begins July 6th and runs through September 21st from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Frankfort Marina.
