Ilion Welcomes SHOOK. Salads & Açaí with Grand Opening Celebration

Salads & Açaí will officially open its doors in the heart of Ilion’s Central Plaza with a grand opening celebration on Tuesday, August 12 at 10:15 a.m. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 40 Central Plaza, Store 2, and is open to the public. Guests are invited to join SHOOK’s team in marking the occasion and to explore their fresh, health-focused menu offerings.
