About Timmerman Farms

Timmerman Farms is a local dairy and beef farm located in Herkimer County NY. Purchased in 1998 by Ron Timmerman, the farm supports over 350 milking cows which produce milk for the Chobani Greek yogurt facility in New Berlin, NY. The herd is supported by a growing 225 young stock of heifers and calves. They currently have 30 Black Angus cattle for beef production. Black Angus beef can be purchased as ground beef and patties in addition to wholes and halves. Requests for wholes and halves can be made at any time.

In their own words,

We started raising Angus beef because we weren’t satisfied with store-bought stuff—it just didn’t taste right. We’ve worked hard to make our beef a higher quality and have better flavor. We’re all about providing families with wholesome, delicious beef they can trust. Nothing beats the taste of locally grown food!

Timmerman Farms has maintained Dairy of Distinction and SuperMilk awards for more than 20 years!

Timmerman Farms hosts a huge 5 acre corn maze in the fall which runs through the end of October each year. Opening day for the 2024 season will be on September 28th!

Timmerman Farms is located at 729 Snells Bush Rd, Little Falls. As they don’t have a physical farm stand, they ask customers to get a hold of them beforehand to make sure someone is there when they would like to come.
