Herkimer College Calls for Entries in 15th Annual Car Show during Fall Fest & Alumni Weekend

Herkimer College Alumni Weekend Fall Fest and Car show takes place on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 12:00pm on the Technology and Physical Education Quad of Herkimer College, Herkimer NY.

Herkimer College is calling for all antique and classic cars, trucks, and motorcycles to participate in the 15th annual car show during Fall Fest & Alumni Weekend, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023.

Vehicles will be registered upon arrival to campus, and the show will be located in the Technology Center and Physical Education quad.  Prizes are available to the winners of the event with a panel of judges on hand to award the best in show.

Come join the fun on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 as Herkimer College hosts Fall Fest and Alumni Weekend! There will be plenty of engaging activities and events for all ages!

Fall Fest events (12 noon – 4 pm):

This year’s Fall Fest includes

• 15th Annual Car Show (with awards) —Antique and Classic Cars, Trucks & Motorcycles (TC/PE Parking Lot)
• Music all afternoon by DJ “Red Hot ‘n Wild”, Jack Clark located in the Band Shell, parking lot
• Axe throwing provided by Woodchuckers Axe Throwing
• Cartoon caricatures by artist JP Crangle
• Mohawk Valley Astronomical Society Solar Star Gazing to learn more about the sun and the stars
• Jill Rae Vennera of “Easels on the Gogh” – Make It & Take It fall-themed painting!
• Horse-drawn wagon rides provided by Waite Family Percherons of Edmeston, NY
• Sit back and relax at the Massage-a-thon! Proceeds are donated to support the Physical Therapist Assistants Club
• BBQ provided by American Dining Creations for a small fee
• Novelties activities include tie-dye t-shirts, Big Chair Photos, carnival games, lawn games, Connect 4 Basketball
• See a bird’s eye view with Flying Drones!
