Herkimer County IDA Public Outreach Meeting

Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.

Herkimer County, New York – The Herkimer County Industrial Development Agency and our environmental consultants, HRP Associates, Inc., will be holding a Public Outreach Meeting on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be open to the public, and will discuss the opportunities available for brownfields in Herkimer County. Attendees will be able to join the meeting in-person in the Amphitheatre located at Herkimer College (100 Reservoir Rd, Herkimer, NY 13350).

The program will include updates on various grants, such as the following: the EPA Assessment Grant, Village of Herkimer NYS BOA (Brownfield Opportunity Area) Grant, City of Little Falls NYS BOA Grant, and Herkimer County NYS Brownfield Assessment Grant. These grants assist our communities with developing area-wide, community-based plans to effectively redevelop brownfields and other vacant and abandoned sites, transforming them into catalytic properties that facilitate community investment and improvement.
