Montgomery County Relaunches Wellness4U Store to Align with Monthly Public Health Initiatives
FONDA, NY – Montgomery County Executive Pete Vroman announced today the relaunch of Wellness4U, the Montgomery County Public Health Department’s online store, now featuring products tailored to coincide with monthly public health initiatives. This expansion ensures residents have access to essential health and wellness items that support ongoing awareness campaigns, such as heart health in February and sun safety in July.
The Wellness4U store provides Montgomery County residents with free health-related products
The Wellness4U store provides Montgomery County residents with free health-related products, including personal protective equipment (PPE), educational materials, wellness items, and emergency preparedness supplies. With the relaunch, new products will be introduced regularly to complement public health topics being promoted each month.
“Our Public Health team is always looking for new ways to connect with the community and provide meaningful resources,” Vroman said. “By aligning the Wellness4U store with key health initiatives throughout the year, we’re making it easier for residents to access the tools they need to lead healthier lives.”
Orders placed through the Wellness4U store are shipped privately and typically arrive within five days. Products will rotate based on public health priorities, with items available on a first-come, first-served basis.
“We want to make public health education more interactive and accessible,” Montgomery County Public and Mental Health Director Sara Boerenko said. “By offering items that align with monthly initiatives—whether it’s blood pressure information for Heart Health Month or sunscreen for Skin Cancer Awareness Month—we’re giving residents practical ways to take charge of their well-being.”
Montgomery County residents can visit the Wellness4U store online to browse available products and place an order. For questions or feedback, residents are encouraged to use the store’s online contact form.
