I’m passionate about the Erie Canal and Trail and Rome NY. In my past life, I was a facilitator for a highly recognized firm conducting Voice of the Customer programs and Organizational Development. Then I started scuba diving and ran a small shop in Rome. (It’s like selling snowblowers in Georgia but we did it!)
