Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrates Stone Soup American Bistro & Beer Garden in Downtown Herkimer
Herkimer, NY – The public is invited to a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating one of Herkimer’s most exciting new destinations: Stone Soup American Bistro & Beer Garden, located at 148 North Main Street in Herkimer, NY. The celebration will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Founded by Herkimer native Robbie Cirillo, Stone Soup is quickly becoming a favorite for locals and visitors alike—offering elevated American cuisine, a welcoming beer garden, and a gathering space that reflects the spirit of the Mohawk Valley.
Cirillo’s return to Main Street is a story of coming home and giving back.
“Stone Soup is about community—about what happens when people come together with what they have to create something meaningful. I’m proud to be part of Herkimer’s next chapter,” said Cirillo.
