Help Improve Trail Safety in Montgomery County!
Help us make Montgomery County’s trails safer, better connected, and ready for the future.
Paddlers make their way through Mohawk River Lock E12 during the 2025 Montgomery County Kayak-a-Thon. Participants in this year’s event will once again experience the lock as they paddle from Canajoharie to Fonda on Aug. 22.

Materials included in the “Colonial Life” Outreach Kit include reproduced historical documents, maps, illustrations and educational resources focused on colonial and Revolutionary-era history in Montgomery County.
