Fulton County Center for Regional Growth (CRG) to Host Virtual Workshop on New York State Consolidated Funding Applications (CFA) on June 17, 2026.
GLOVERSVILLE, NY — The Fulton County Center for Regional Growth (CRG) has announced a Local CFA Virtual Workshop designed to help regional business owners, developers, and community leaders learn how to secure funding for upcoming economic development and community projects.
About the workshop
Scheduled for Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the virtual event will feature insights directly from representatives of Empire State Development (ESD).
The New York State Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) serves as a streamlined single-entry point for access to multiple state funding sources. The workshop will provide attendees with a comprehensive breakdown of the application process, key updates on the 2026 Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) initiatives, and an opportunity to discuss specific project ideas with state and regional development experts.
“Navigating state funding can feel daunting, but the CFA process represents an unparalleled opportunity to transform ambitious local projects into reality,” said Ronald M. Peters, President and CEO of the Fulton County Center for Regional Growth. “By partnering directly with Empire State Development for this workshop, we are ensuring that our county’s entrepreneurs, developers, and leaders have the exact tools, data, and direct access they need to submit competitive applications and drive sustainable economic growth right here in Fulton County.”
